Severe toothache, a broken or knocked-out tooth, swelling, or a child with high fever — our on-call doctor answers day and night and will see you the same day when needed.

Insurance & payment
CNAM agreed — pay only your share.
We are a CNAM-agreed clinic (conventionné). Under the third-party payment scheme you only pay the part not covered, and we file the paperwork for you. We also work with most private mutual insurers; bring your card and we check your cover at reception.

Can’t find your answer? Call reception on +216 71 960 960 — a real person picks up.
How long does a first visit take?
About 30 minutes. We take your history, do a full check-up with digital X-rays if needed, and walk you through a written plan with prices. No treatment is started without your agreement.
Can I bring my child?
Yes — we see children from their first tooth. Dr. Mehdi Gharbi runs paediatric consultations and Dr. Yasmine Chaabane treats young orthodontic patients. First dental visits for under-6s are just 40 DT.
Does it hurt to get an implant?
The procedure is done under local anaesthetic and most patients describe it as easier than an extraction. Expect mild soreness for two or three days, managed with ordinary painkillers.
How do I cancel or move an appointment?
Use “My appointments” on this page, or call reception. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your visit. If you are running late, just call us — we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Is there parking?
Yes, free underground parking for patients (entrance on Rue du Lac Windermere) — ask reception to validate your ticket. Buses stop 200 m away on Avenue de la Bourse.
Do you offer clear aligners?
Yes. Dr. Yasmine Chaabane plans aligner treatment with a 3D scan and a preview of your final smile, so you can see the result before deciding.
